COVID-19 Update

Dear Patients,

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Everyone has faced many challenges over the last few months. While much has changed what has remained the same is our commitment to your safety.

Infection control has always been a top priority during your visits to our office. We have added additional protocols based on guidelines from the CDC, ADA and OSHA.

These are the changes you will see at your appointments:

• A day or two before, or as you make your appointment you will be asked some pre-screening questions.

• You will be asked to wait in your car upon your arrival and call to let us know you have arrived. We will then let you know when your provider is ready for your appointment. Wearing a mask into and out of your appointment will be required.

• Once with your provider, the screening process will be repeated and your temperature will be taken.

• Only the patient and, if needed, one guest such as a parent with child will be able to attend the appointment. Our reception area is “closed” at this time.

• Appointment times and lengths are being managed to allow for social distancing between patients. This could mean that a pre-set appointment on your calendar may have changed time or may need to be reappointed to a different day. It also means that currently there are fewer options for scheduling an appointment.

We are currently working on rescheduling all appointments from the past few weeks in conjunction with current ones. As we navigate through this task your patience and understanding are appreciated.
